Stressing its CSR approach and ensuring a positive impact on society,
The Avenues launched a service dedicated to visitors with hearing disability to
facilitate communication through smart devices that interpret the sign language
in customer service offices located throughout The Avenues. These devices
function through visual communication with first-class certified interpreters,
supporting dialogue between people with hearing disabilities and speakers of
different languages, while ensuring sound and image quality.
This initiative comes as part of The Avenues management keenness to
provide all means of comfort to the visitors, facilitating, in particular, the communication process between the
management staff and visitors with hearing disability, in order to meet their
needs and answer their questions during their visit to The Avenues and provide
an integrated shopping experience.
